The company mainly focuses on the processing of rotating parts, and has rich experience in processing thin-walled parts and multi-head screws. It is involved in the parts processing for mold products, rail transit equipment, mining equipment, aviation and military industry, new energy equipment, and engineering machinery. Currently, the company has 12 employees, including 1 senior technician, 1 professional process engineer, 1 quality inspector, and 9 CNC lathe operators. The company currently has a total of 18 processing equipment, including 5 CNC lathes (Model 6180*3000), 5 CNC lathes (Model 6180*1500), 2 CNC lathes (Model 6163), 1 ordinary lathe (Model 6180*3000), 1 ordinary lathe (Model 6163*3000), 2 radial drilling machines (Model 3050), 2 wire-cutting machines (Model 550*800mm), and 2 10-ton cranes. All equipment undergoes regular annual maintenance. Its major cooperative partners include Jinji Industrial Group, Taiyuan Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., Shanxi Fenxi Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., etc. The company has also provided parts processing services for China’s largest WK-75 excavator, 5MW offshore wind power equipment, and 12,500-ton forging equipment.
